
| Who Owns Bayshore Village? |
We are owned by the individual home and property owners who make up the Bayshore Village Association.
| Are there Association Dues? |
Yes, the fee is presently $727 per year and is subject to an annual increase. This fee covers the use and maintenance of all common lands, the golf course, Hayloft, swimming pool, tennis courts and much more.
| Is there a fee for mooring a boat in the Harbours |
Boaters are charged a yearly fee, based on size of the boat, for a slip in one of the three Bayshore Harbours.
| Is Bayshore involved in Real Estate? |
No. We do not become involved in the sales aspect of homes or properties.
| Are there Architectural Requirements within the Village? |
Yes. Each property registered on title has Covenants and Restrictions placed on them and the Architectural approval process is covered in that document. Copies of the Architectural Requirements are available from the Administration Office at the Hayloft. In order to keep Bayshore's picturesque park like setting, there are no fences or outbuildings to obstruct and clutter your view.
| Are there Utilities to each property? |
We have water, sewer, hydro, telephone, etc. to all properties within the Village. Television reception is available through satellite. High Speed Internet is available through a third party vendor.
| Storage |
The common storage yard is available to residents of Bayshore Village. This means that our driveways and yards are never cluttered with boats or trailers.
| Proximity to Facilities |
Orillia is a pleasant fifteen minute drive for all your shopping needs. Medical facilities, including Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, are also located in Orillia. We have excellent Police, Fire and Ambulance service in the Village, simply reached by calling 911.
